Job Opening: Export Sales Executive

Position Overview:

Are you passionate about international logistics and skilled in building strong client relationships? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Export Sales Executive.

Job Description:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing assistance, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other communication channels.

  2. Coordinate the processing of customer orders, including booking shipments, arranging pickups and deliveries, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation to facilitate smooth cargo movement.

  3. Monitor and track the status of shipments in transit, providing real-time updates to clients and proactively addressing any issues or delays to ensure timely delivery.

  4. Investigate and resolve customer complaints, discrepancies, and service issues in a timely manner, liaising with internal departments, carriers, and other stakeholders as necessary to achieve satisfactory outcomes.

  5. Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all customer transactions, including invoices, shipping labels, customs forms, and other relevant paperwork, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.

  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, anticipating future requirements, and proactively offering solutions and value-added services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  7. Conduct regular quality checks on customer interactions and service delivery processes to identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and maintain high standards of service excellence.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree

  2. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry

  3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

  4. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.

  5. Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.

  6. Proficiency in MS Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
