Job Opening: Customer Service Executive

Position Overview:

Are you passionate about international logistics and skilled in building strong client relationships? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Customer Service Executive.

Job Description:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the export sector, focusing on LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments.

  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients by understanding their needs, providing expert advice, and offering tailored logistics solutions

  3. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence in the export segment.

  4. Stay updated about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition.

  5. Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for export shipments, negotiate terms and pricing with clients, and follow up to secure business.

  6. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of export shipments, address any client concerns or issues, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.

  7. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.

Job Description:

  1. Bachelor’s degree

  2. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry

  3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

  4. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.

  5. Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.

  6. Proficiency in MS Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
